In your reminder email, associated with the delay, how do you provide the option for someone to approve the approval, similar to the original approval email they receive?

I have two approvers that needs to be reminded. How can I add to the flow you presented to make that happen?

In My flow I have multiple approvals stacked on top of each other.  Does the terminate command stop flow from continuing or does it stop the parallel path?  If I have multiple approvals below it is there another way to stop the email if the individual does respond other than the terminate command?

Interesting technique. Have you run into any scenarios where approvers just do not take action? I found that if flows hit 29 days and 12 hours that the approval process completely times out with an error. Any thoughts on how to account for that?
