hi @JonL ,
It is a great future!! I can definitely make great use of it but I'm missing one piece of information.
My use case is the following:
Each of my team members have an access card to a customer site, each cards automatically deactivate if you don't check in for a month. I'd like to use this trigger to track the latest check in date of my team members (card are individually assigned), send them a reminder and create a task in planner if they are a week away from deactivation date (1 month from last entry in the area).
The piece of information I'm missing to get this work is to get the user profile of the person who entered in the location.
Any suggestion on how I could get this?
The trigger doesn't pass the user ID for me to use.
Also is there a way to categorize the getting inside versus outside of the area?
Thank you in advance for your support
Adrien
can it triggered by any users?
or there is any way to deploy this flow for all employee from admin-center or by group policy
