In this video, you are going to learn about PowerApps Multiple Data Sources. You will connect your app to SharePoint and Excel data sources using OneDrive.
For information or PowerApps consulting check out Bold Zebras
I love the video, really informative as usual.
I am still very new to PowerApps and I rely heavily on your videos / Guides, and really appreciate your work.
I currently have a situation where I have 1 Excel file on OneDrive with multiple tabs (4 Tabs / Tables), each of the tabs contains a separate table and I am using each of these tables to populate dropdowns.
The problem I have is, that when I am offline the app can’t see any of these tables so therefore cannot populate the dropdowns, I understand that loaddata and savedata option could help resolve this, similar to how I use it to save a basic collection then return the basic collection, but I cant figure out how to get it to load and save the dropdowns.
I have seen this question asked a few times but I can’t find a solution?
If you can point me in the right direction it would be appreciated.
Great video but when I try to fix the Update area the dropdown4.selected.value doesn't work anymore. It now wants Value(Dropdown4.Selected) and yet that doesn't work because it says it can't convert it to a numeric. My guess is its trying to convert the title info rather than the number associated with it. How do you solve that? Thanks.
