Just waiting for such layouts to make better UI.
I tried using sidebar layout on an existing screen with title, some this works fine on browser but neither in Window PowerApps or Mobile App (iOS). Hope these issues will be fixed in future releases.
desktop_collapse/expand (png) - when collapsed (just setting the width of the left panel as required)
WinApp.png - When testing on PowerApps for Win 10 or iOS. Even the top "<" position is not proper
