In the last 15+ years of my career with Microsoft, I have had the opportunity to understand the business scenarios and requirements of Microsoft customers and partners across diverse industries spanning across EMEA, North America, and the Asia Pacific. As a subject matter expert on Dynamics 365 CRM system, my approach has always been solution focused. Faced with different customer scenarios, I always fall back on my out-of-the-box thinking.
In my current role as a CoE Lead Architect in Capgemini, I work very closely with the our customers enabling them towards digital transformation and setting up center of excellence within their business units.
On a personal front, I love venturing outdoors to draw inspiration from nature. Watching shows on technology, automobiles and UFOs are my absolute favorites.
