Send duplicate emails after get items

Hello

I am create a flow which detect the email address if valid , the main step is like below 

1. get items from SP

2. Search for users from the SP column "responsible" 

3. Compose the result of the Search for users and use  "length(outputs('Search_for_users_(V2)')?['body/value'])"  parameter

4. if the result of the compose equal to "0“， that means the email address not existing , and trigger to send the email 

The flow is successful , but there will send duplicate emails, any ideas to improvement? thanks

The reason why it is sending duplicate items is the output of get items contains more than items , due to which it is sending duplicate emails

Could you tell, whether the column responsible duplicate details ?

Also may i know why you are using get items after trigger when item is created or modified, since that trigger contains the details of item created or modfiied , which i think is the details you need to check for user details

The proposal why I use get items, just I need to filter the column "status eq to 'Open' "  and  the  responsible is duplicate details and it is eq to the email address

in get users action, you are passing Responsible dynamic content, May i know from which action output you are taking the value/ is it from Get items or from triggers action ?

The reason why you are getting duplicate emails is due to dplicated values of responsible column.

You have to get unique values of responsible column and then loop through it.

So try this approach

Now I will explain more, I want to send the mail to list creator which  he/she has input  the wrong email address for responsible column. so I the specifics the list items link to the creator. currently I  don't know how this value should come?  please  address,thx

Since responsible is a duplicated column, then we need to send that number of emails right, or the person who edited that one will be always same ?
