The diagnose this, I would run your app and use the developer tools feature of the web browser to inspect the HTML. In Chrome, you can open this with ctrl-shift-i.
I would view the source and inspect what happens on row 19. Can you see if invalid data is causing the problem, or is your table missing TD elements from row 19?
