Power app not opening

Hi,

 

Today power app is not at all opening. All most all users with whom the app has been shared, are not able to open the app. Kindly look into the issue and resolve.

Hi @mg_n ,

Do you use recent prior version of PowerApps Studio for web to create this app, saved and share this app to other users?

I have made a test on my side, and don't have the issue that you mentioned. Please consider take a try to clear cache of your browser, then run your app again, check if the issue is solved.

 

In addition, there is also an known issue within PowerApps currently, canvas apps which were saved in a recent prior version may not be opened in the latest studio version. Please check the following article for more details:

If the issue still exists, please consider take a try to submit an assisted support ticket through the following link:

@mg_nI'm unable to open the attached picture that you have. Can you tell me more about what is happening?

 

Is this on the web? Android? iOS?

 

Did this happen after you published the app?

@mg_n someone else was able to open the attached image and we're looking into it.

 

If you are looking to run a specific app, you could find it via home.dynamics.com.
