This app isn't opening correctly

I'm getting the "This app isn't opening correctly" message suddenly, on multiple versions of my app. I have two O365 accounts running - my main (authoring app in Chrome) and my alt, testing in Safari. I can view the app fine in Chrome, but not in Safari. This app worked fine (as embedded in the SharePoint webpart and stand-alone) literally an hour ago.

Here are the steps I've attempted to resolve:

1. 'Save As' a new name and republish
2. Make a minor edit and republish
3. Make a minor edit, then 'Save As' a new name, then publish
4. Shared all of these versions with a co-worker as both a user and a co-owner, and he can't view any of them, either.

None of these steps have resolved. Are there other steps I can take?

I can't find that session id anywhere.

Can you please share the url you are using to hit the app in addition to a screen shot of the error with the session ID ?

Do you mean that the app works fine within Chrome but not in Safari?

Please consider clear cache of your Safari browser, then sign in your PowerApps again, check if the issue is solved.

Also please consider restore your app to previous version, then try it again in your Safari browse, check if the issue is fixed. In addition, you could also consider edit your app using previous version of PowerApps:

then check if your canvas app could be opened well.

Hello-- Sorry if I was unclear.

• In Chrome, I'm logged into my main O365 account, which I'm using to author the application in PowerApps.
• In Safari, I'm logged into a user account that mirrors what our end users will see.
• In Chrome, I can access the application - in Safari, I can't.

I'll try the steps you outlined.

Are you using both accounts on the same machine (presumably a mac), or are you running your primary account w/ Chrome on a separate machine?

Additionally, if you log into your primary account that you were using for authoring into Safari, does that work?

I ask because I actually am not seeing any of the session ids you are sending. So one guess is something is up with your network. 

If you would like, you can also send a har trace of your network. This would tell us if calls arent going through.
