Add/remove connections from Flow

I have a flow which i tried to add connections, but it keep sadding my own!

Now I have my email address on there x5.

Is there a way to remove them and bring it down to one?

Also, any information on how to enable the flow to run as the person crated the item on SP rather than me?

I've seen som eposts on these but cannot find anything solid.

Thanks in advance

@Alimsab- Flows run in the user context of the connection used with a given action.  So, any action taken on a SharePoint list will run as the account used for the SharePoint action.  You might suggest adding the ability to run a Flow in the user context of the person who created or ..., but I suspect that this has already been proposed.  If so, then vote for it.

You can go to the connections screen in Flow (click on the gear and then connections) and remove any of your connections.  When you attempt to delete a connection, it will show you where that connection is used (in what Flows).  You'll need to update the Flows where any deleted connection was used with a valid connection.

As per my understanding, following the steps Scott suggested will remove that connection from all the Flows where it was added. If yes, then is there any way to delete the connection from particular Flow rather than removing from all Flows and updating them again? We may use multiple Flows going forward and may be difficult to track as there may be many users having the ability to set the Flows.

Any suggestions or ideas towards implementation would be really helpful.

Hello,

Click on See all, and you have all connections used in flow.

Thank you for the help. I did find those while exploring Flow. However I have one other query.
I want to use Save my email attachment to SPO Lib template and under which is it possible that I can create flow for multiple connections and I should be managing it.
Basically the condition will be if the email is from specific sender / Subject and if it has attachment is should be saved in the given lib. This is for Auditing purpose.
Currently, in order to add connection, user has to authenticate and then the connections gets added.

Any Suggestions/Ideas/Steps or custom Flow or any rules which may be available in Exchange are welcome.

Just asking, for my curiosity, why you want to add multiple connections or different users connections?

Since MS Flow has "Requestor" field in approvals, I dont see any reason to change the connection, as anyone can see who is actually asking for approval.

Flow doesnt act different no matter what users connections you have in flow, as long as access is not removed the result will be the same - even if its for sending mails, approvals etc.

It happens to even have an example, but thats just because we had problems with connections in the past and we had to authenticate with other user for the connections with errors.. but the flow is working exactly in the same way, no matter whos connection is used - sharepoint - one user and outlook connection from another user:

Currently in Save O365 email attachments to the SPO Lib template, the connection which is marked or selected flow will monitor the incoming emails for that specific account inbox and if it has attachment, it will save to the specified lib.

However, I need to set such a flow where it will manage multiple accounts inbox and if those receive email from specific account / subject which has attachment, that should be saved to the SPO LIB. Is it possible or does the users have to create the flow individually?

Basically the Flow Owner should be only person to manage that Flow and requirement is to manage from one Flow. I agree it will work the same for all the users as per the logics set.

@Vinit_Patil:

While I m not 100% certain that I understand your requirement, here is an idea....

You could have multiple connections within a Flow for multiple Office 365 Outlook actions.  To create those connections, you would need to have the user ID and password for those accounts.

Alternatively, you could make your Flow a Team Flow, add the others as owners and ask them to add their connection to specified parts of the Flow - the actions which would need to access their email.

I'm also looking to follow up on this as I have created various Flows for other people in the business but they have complained of my name/connection being attached to it.

How do I or they remove this so I am no longer attached to the Flow? Is it just as straight forward as removing me as an owner and making the group the owner?

Here is a good reason to remove connections.   I create Power Apps and Flows and while Power Apps will ultimately use the credentials of the person using the app, flow does not.

Recently I have been experiencing account lockout issues (we are working on this) and consequently every flow that I have created with an Outlook Send Email (v2) connection in it has been failing if it's triggered during a time when my account is locked out.

This is extremely problematic and is certainly a valid use case for having a connection with a 'utility account' where the password doesn't change.
