Include multiple SharePoint list rows in a single Approval Flow

Hi All,

I'm fairly new to Powerapps and Flows - building my first Powerapp and flow.

My PowerApp allows staff to order hardware from a catalogue (defined in a SharePoint List). They are able to order multiple items in a single order. Once they have completed their order, the item rows (captured in a PowerApps Collection) are written back to a separate SharePoint List called "Orders". Each item ordered as part the same order has a new row written to the list (a single order may have multiple list rows).

I then created a Flow to initiate an Approval email flow when new rows are added to the Orders SharePoint List. Unfortunately this creates a separate approval email for each line of the order. 

I need the Flow to send a single approval request for all new lines that are part of the same order. Lines from the same order have the same Order Number - this can link them.

Any ideas on how to best achieve this?

Create an Array inside a Do Untill loop, the condition has to be based on the order number, so the loop exit when has append all item in the array. Then you can include the output to the email.

Thanks for this advise. Are you able to elaborate a little more on how this should work as the flow will run for every new row added to the list, and the single order would add a new row for each hardware type? This generates too many approval flows. Does the Do Until solution prevent each new approval flow from running?
