Reply Email V2 Importance is set to Low

Have created a flow with Reply to activity where we facing an issue that all the emails sent with Low importance even but in the flow it was set like Normal, Can anyone able to help me to solve this?

Hi @Sharathk07 

Can you please post a picture of the Flow and actionsto show all it's settings?

Please also post the email that highlights low importance.

 

If the importance of a sent email is not set, it defaults to no. When specifically setting to normal or high, it only runs as specified from my experince so posting more information would be helpful.

I would suggest the below as a fix:Capture-429.png

In Flow, unless you specifically open advanced settings and set the Flow to Importance: Normal (Highlighted). It will be sent as Low importance!

Sorry, I didn't notice you mention it was set to normal already, hence my reply. I seen your screenshot certainly but can't see your original post now, not to worry!

 

So, I have tested as Normal and like you, it always says set as Low Importance. Not sure why, maybe you have found a bug and can post it at "I Found a Bug".

 

What I did notice, was setting it to "High Importance" worked as expected. As a work around, cound you maybe use High Importance setting to avoid it being set as Low?
