Hi MVD, 

Please confirm first if you have all the prerequisites and check the limitations to install the program - for example, Windows 10 home is not supported - https://docs.microsoft.com/pt-pt/power-automate/ui-flows/setup#prerequisites

If you have all the prerequisites, please try the following:

Cause
Some group policy objects prevent newly created NT Service accounts to logon as a service.

This occurs when NT SERVICE/ALL SERVICES does not have the "logon as a service" rights.

Current Workaround

1. Open Secpol.msc (Local Security Settings)
2. Go to Local Policy / User Rights Assignments
3. Look for “Logon as a Service” and open
4. Click on add user
5. Add a temporary account: Use "Everyone" or follow the note below to use "NT SERVICE\ALL SERVICES" as temporary account
6. Install UIFlows
7. Remove the temporary account (Everyone or "NT SERVICE\ALL SERVICES)
8. Add NT Service\UIFlowService

Potential escalation required
In case the account is removed, the domain controller administrator must be contacted in order to add NT Service\UIFlowService the right to logon as a service

Note to use "NT SERVICE\ALL SERVICES" as a temporary account instead of "Everyone"

Thanks for your reply. I am using Windows 10 Pro edition. Looks like it's an issue with Logon As a Service Rights. I cannot change the settings due to company policy. I will contact IT support to get this change done.

I have the same problem. Using Win 10 pro. I'm trying to install with full local admin rights.

I was able to add "everyone" to the secpol.msc log in as a service, but it didn't make a difference. Before adding "everyone" I hade this in there:
NT SERVICE\ALL SERVICES

NT SERVICE\UIFlowService

Any other suggestions?
