TImeZone Conversion - Sharepoint to Display logged on users local time

I have a sharepoint list we use as a type of roster, we are a global company and I am wanting to display the start and end time of someones shift but have it display the time that pertains to the user who ever it viewing it. 

I understand Sharepoint has its own UTC stored time zone but I also know most 0365 Profiles have the location of that user stored.

Ive managed to use power automate to grab the list item, convert time from my local time to UTC but my understanding is this is just a universal time format. Looking at Powershell with the (Get-Date).AddHours(-16) I can convert local time to that of the locations of main offices but it would be awesome to have somthing look at the local time of either the machine or the 0365 Profile. 

Any hints on how this might be achived? I understand limitations in Sharepoint on its own.

So this is a couple of throughts on my side. Getting the timezone of the local machine from a "When an item is created" power automate flow would not be possible as the flow gets executed in the cloud after the user performed an operation. Now the second possibility is to get the info from the O365 user profile. Unfortunatly the user profile connector in power automate does not give you the user timezone but a graph call to the use's mailboy setting could "me/mailboxSettings" or "/users/{id|userPrincipalName}/mailboxSettings" you will be able to get the user's timezone
