Hi @Anonymous ,

I created a flow and tested it. Initially the flow was failing the condition. Later, I observed that additional space at the end of the string.

Flow:

Kaif_Siddique_0-1664992986939.png

Converted HTMS Email Body to Text:

Kaif_Siddique_2-1664993171723.png

Issue in Flow condition:

Kaif_Siddique_3-1664993463191.png

I would suggest you if issues still exists then validate you Email Body Contents with Condition text. Both should be equal.

Hope this will help you.

Hi @Anonymous ,

I think Salesforce time value is string. That's why the flow is throwing error. Convert it to Time.

Kaif_Siddique_0-1665206183113.png

You can use the Type function in excel to find the Datatype.

Kaif_Siddique_3-1665206781498.png

Refer this link to learn about the Type function.

Hi @Kaif_Siddique

Thanks that problem is sorted.

But here in Time taken column I am getting the O/P as  56.233333327 like this, how can I reduce it to 2 decimal places or no decimal place. Just ignore the values after decimal.

Navjazz_0-1663191474846.png

Like below u can see in excel under time taken column value is 56 only.

Use formatNumber()

- no decimal "#".

- up to 2 decimal "#.##"

For the below email, I am trying to match condition.

Navjazz_0-1664980741929.png

Using below workflow to identify this email

reason, can u help plz. It will be really helpful.
