It's working for me now with this query
addseconds('1899-12-30', int(formatNumber(mul(float(item()?['Start Time']),86400),'0','en-us')),'yyyy-MM-dd HH:mm:ss')
Thanks for your support
Hi @Anonymous ,

Hi @Anonymous ,
I created a flow and tested it. Initially the flow was failing the condition. Later, I observed that additional space at the end of the string.
Flow:
Converted HTMS Email Body to Text:
Issue in Flow condition:
I would suggest you if issues still exists then validate you Email Body Contents with Condition text. Both should be equal.
Hope this will help you.

Hi @Anonymous ,
I think Salesforce time value is string. That's why the flow is throwing error. Convert it to Time.
You can use the Type function in excel to find the Datatype.
Refer this link to learn about the Type function.

Format value to Datetime.
Sample Flow:
Update your flow and use below expression(pass Start Time value)
formatDateTime(addseconds('1899-12-30',int(formatnumber(mul(float(44813.1673611111),86400),'0'))),'dd-MM-yyyy hh:mm') |

I have to pass the Start time column and End time column from excel to format date time.
I wrote this query
formatDateTime(addseconds('1899-12-30',int(formatnumber(mul(float(item()?['Start Time']),86400),'0'))),'dd-MM-yyyy hh:mm')
In start time putting the O/P of compose 2
pls help @Kaif_Siddique how to do that.

The error I am getting
It's working for me now with this query
addseconds('1899-12-30', int(formatNumber(mul(float(item()?['Start Time']),86400),'0','en-us')),'yyyy-MM-dd HH:mm:ss')

Hi @Anonymous ,
Try this
formatDateTime(addseconds('1899-12-30',int(formatnumber(mul(float(item()['StartTime']),86400),'0'))),'dd-MM-yyyy hh:mm') |
Regards
Kaif
Thanks that problem is sorted.
But here in Time taken column I am getting the O/P as 56.233333327 like this, how can I reduce it to 2 decimal places or no decimal place. Just ignore the values after decimal.
Like below u can see in excel under time taken column value is 56 only.
Use formatNumber()
- no decimal "#".
- up to 2 decimal "#.##"

Hey @Kaif_Siddique

Hi @Kaif_Siddique ,
Below is the excel input, format is same just added few more Jobs which need to be added in excel sheet
Is it related to something adding more rows so to change the code in power automate?
I am using one more power automate workflow to extract data from outlook and fill the excel sheet.
And then this power automate flow to send the email.
Kindly pls help.
Hi @Kaif_Siddique , It worked. It was not working when all columns where not updated fully. It worked when all columns where updated. thanks
One more issue I am facing, @Kaif_Siddique
For the below email, I am trying to match condition.
Using below workflow to identify this email
But it's not able to catch that email in condition. For other jobs it was running fine. what possibly could be the
reason, can u help plz. It will be really helpful.
Condition is unclear. The email body has "PO Mail" and "po_mail" but flow condition "PO Mail Summary".
Could you pls share the required condition or what do you want to match in email body ?
Now it's clear. I want to identify this email so matching this in email body.
