Take out data between <>

What function can I use to get the email between<>?

Smith, David <David.Smith@company.com>

To provide more context, a Microsoft Forms entry asks to provide a list of emails. They are ; delimited some come in just as an email some include the name and <>.

@lordipswich I liked your solution on one of the posts Extract s string between two characters

Combining First(Split()) and Last(Split()) could I also split each email delimited by ';' on the same line?

Thanks in advance for your suggestions!
