Hi community,

I had, about two week ago, posted an help request (here). Without any suggestion 😫

The time pass the problem remain! Here what appen:

1) I have stopped a process (copy files from SFTP to OneDrive);

2) Stopped and cancelled every pending process;

3) Deleted the process hitself

But the flow go on every day whith copyng file on my one drive according with the time scheduled !!

How I can do for defintly stopping this issue?? Any suggestion? Hypotesis? Way to diagnosis the problem?

Thanks in advance to whom will pool me out of the troubles!!

I don't think anyone has posted a solution, because it is not clear what issue you are having or what you are trying to solve. I would suggest that you include an image of your flow along with the configuration of the actions. You said you are having a problem, so be sure to clearly state what the problem is and highlight the action in the flow that is causing it and post whatever error message you are getting. That will go a long way to allow someone to be able to assist you.

thanks first of all for interesting in my question!

I try to add more details to my issue!

The problem is not really with the flow I have built. The flow working perfectly. The schema was simple:

a) Setting a Recurrence task (Start action every 4 hours);

b) Connecting to an SFTP server and get metadata from a file;

c) Get the file content;

d) Create the file on a OneDrive business folder;

After seeing that the flow worked as I aspected, I had duplicated the flow and replaced the d) part of the flow addressing the create file on a sharepoint folder. Than I have stopped to run the flow.

My problem is that although the process in NOT running, despite that all the run I made for testing the flow was stoppedd (also the insuccesful run), every four hours the file is created on the OneDrive folder!!

So now I have a running process that copy files on sharepoint, and an inexistent flow (ghost) that make the same operation on onedrive!!

My goal is stop the copy on onedrive!!

Hoping the problem is now more clear to understand ...

I would again encourage you to upload an image of your flow so people know what you are doing. Without seeing your flow, you are most likely not going to get any help. If there is sensitive data in your flow, black it out before you upload the image. With an image of the flow, we'll be able to see what action may be creating the file in OneDrive.

I would also take a look at the files on OneDrive and check the modified by field. Are they stamped with the account you used to create the flow or another account? If it is an account from someone you do not recognize, I would contact them to see if they have a flow that is creating the file. Did you accidently make a copy of your flow and both flows are running?

You mentioned that you duplicated the flow. Are you sure that both copies of the flow have been shut off?

One of the copy is running but as you can see here (and from the code above) there are no reference to OneDrive.

Even if the running actual flow was a copy of the first one (that reference OneDrive), this second one have any reference to onedrive path but only to sharepoint!!

despite of this the files copy is still continues 😑

Any help will be truly good accepted!!

Sorry, with the information provided, I don't know what is causing your issue. Good luck. One suggestion I have would be to turn off your flow and see if the problem persists. If it continues and your flow is off, then you will know that your flow is not the cause of the issue. And if it does stop when turned off, then you will know that your flow is the cause of the problem.

If your flow is the cause of the problem, you can then 1-by-1 set actions in your flow to return static results. Between each one, run a test of your flow to see if the file is copied to your OneDrive. If it does not get copied, then you will have found the action that is the cause of your problem.
