How to use Unstructured data in Power Virtual agent

Hi ,

 

I working on  a use case where i need to figure out on how to use unstructured or website data as an input or as knowledge base .... so that the Power virtual Agent bot is capable of answering any questions .

I have tried the Suggest topics feature by adding the website links and CSV files, but it didn't accept or configure any topics 

 

Please suggest your inputs.
