New topics asked by customers

Posted on by

Hi,

Is it possible to visualize the list of questions from users that ended into the "Sorry, I am not able to find a related topic. Can you rephrase and try again?" response?

I'd like to identify those questions or phrases that needs to be elaborated to generate a better user experience.

Thanks

Ezequiel

    Hi @ezequiel ,

Yes, you can see the all chat history inside the Common Data Service.

    1- Open make.powerapps.com

    3- Left menu >> Data >> Entities

4- Change the view to see All entities

    5- Search to ConversationTranscript

6- Inside the column Content you can identify the phrases and the history of conversation for all users
