Percentage Numeric Type

Author Name: Craig Cross

Add the numeric type of "percentage" to available options when creating a new attribute. This attribute should be displayed with a "%" sign and stored as the field value / 100. It should allow configuring the precision and upper/lower limit values.

Hi, Thank you for your feedback. Currently this is not in our immediate roadmap, however, we are tracking it and if we indeed get more feedback and votes, we may consider it in future. Thanks, Neerja

This is very basic and very important. I am creating a field with % symbol in the lable. There is no way for me to isolate the % field type. Important: I need to convert the numeric field type to % field type in future, once the suggestion is implemented?

Ditto to @StackRadius response.

This would be a good addition, just like PowerBI has Percentage formatting option

Has this been implemented yet? or is there plans to do so? Would be a great addition

This feels like bad practice. Is it convenient? Yes, but it breaks DB normalization AND MVC. What they should do is make it easier to display a number as a percentage in Power Apps. Shouldn't even require a formula.
