Control permissions for other products in Power Apps

I think it would be useful to have the function to control permissions for other products in Power Apps.

For example, I want the ability to create a SharePoint list and control its permissions in an application in Power Apps.
A slightly more specific assumption is as follows:
In the Power Apps application, specify who is allowed to read the list, who is allowed to edit, etc., and press "Confirm" to actually set the permissions of the SharePoint list as specified. The assumption is that a user who is not specified in the application will not be able to read or write to the list.
