Would like to see an improvement so that users who only have Microsoft 365 licenses are automatically provisioned into the environment.

Some users are currently not automatically provisioned into the Dataverse environment, as described in the following public information.
In order to provision users, additional processing by the administrator or Just-in-time (JIT) user provisioning is required.

We recommend that you improve this feature immediately, as it is useful for all users to be automatically provisioned into the Dataverse environment, regardless of the user's license.

Advocate I

I created a mock up of what a setting screen could look like for this. I added the ability to prevent admin users from being automatically created as that really messes up my environments!

I put (x) on the current behavior.

----------------------------------------

Provision user records for admins:

(   ) On first login (JIT)

( x ) Automatically

       ( x ) All admins in tenant

       (   ) Members of environment's AAD group

(   ) Members of this AAD group: [ AAD group selector ]

[   ] Only automatically provision licensed admins

Provision user records for users:

( x ) On first login (JIT)

(   ) Automatically

(   ) All users in tenant

       (   ) Members of environment's AAD group

(   ) Members of this AAD group: [ AAD group selector ]

[ x ] Only automatically provision licensed users

[ Provision Now ]

----------------------------------------

All of these options are useful in different scenarios. How these map to enabled/disabled status I'll leave the thinking to someone else 😉
