In desktop flow how to select a radio button from a list of dropdown for a specified input without search option for filtering the input . The flow will be in the looping format for every loop there is an specified input to select the individual radio button.

Use set dropdown activity and you can give an index of the radio button that you want to select.

then use the focus text field activity then select the radio button.

Actually it is not dropdown. 
we have list of options on the webpage, we can select an option by clicking Radio button next to the option available. 
Is there any way I can automate this process? 
I have 16 to 20 options, for now I have manually coded for each option.

please check if it works by sending keys..if it works use the send keys activity

focus text and try to use click activity

You should probably extract all available items in the web page by using Extract data from web page. When you do that, you can try to extract the Ids of the radio buttons, too, if they have some unique Ids. When you extract that, you can use Find or replace in data table to find the value you are looking for in the table you extracted. You can then pass the Id (if it was available) or the index of the radio button into the selector for what you're trying to click on.

Also, unlike what @UshaJyothi20 suggested, I would absolutely advise against using Send keys, unless you try everything else first and nothing works. It's much less stable and trustworthy than the native Browser automation actions.
