Ability to disable greeting topic on user added

It would be nice to be able to have a setting to toggle whether or not the greeting topic will run when the bot is added for a user. That way the greeting could still run when a user types in one of the trigger phrases, but not "spam" the whole company with a chat alert when the bot is pinned to the side rail.
