You could define fields in the Excel table to correspond to the questions in Forms, and create a Date field to add Submission Time.

Hi,
Firstly all responses from any form are automatically saved in an excel table already. You can access this directly from the forms page or by checking your home folder on OneDrive.
If you're looking to access the forms data via flows you can use the forms connector as shown in the screenshot below. In this example I've added the response date/time to the body of an email but you could replace this with anything else that you need.
