I have created some flows to get Excel data file in Dropbox by using Excel Flow "Get Rows" for months, and working well. However I just came back to try to make another flow but I cannot find "Get Rows" in Choose an Action list recently. Is that feature gone? If that, how would I connect Dropbox to fetch Excel files nowadays?
Hi @ofs ,
Excel connector has been filtered out, so Get rows action is no longer available.
And Excel online connector seems to only get the resources in OneDrive and SharePoint.
I am afraid there is no suitable method to achieve your needs currently.
If you want similar feature to be supported by MS Flow, please post your idea in Flow Ideas forum, so it might be considered for future releases.

Hi @Anonymous ,
Please check this thread:
Best Regards,
My questions is still on: How can I continue using my Dropbox connector together with it?
So I upload images to my Dropbox storage via Excel tables in this way: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/maker/canvas-apps/add-images-to-excel
I built Dropbox API Flow that creates shared link for people to access my files without Dropbox account. This retrieves an image file name & path from my Excel file sitting in the same directory.
Until a month ago, I have been able to work without any issues, but now it seems giving me a glitch all the time.
Since I have tons of files and accesses to Dropbox, I do not consider switching to any other storage services for now. What is the solutions for this? Any advices are very much appreciated.
Microsoft is beautiful. Remove a solution without providing a viable alternative? Way to go.
Hi,
Does anyone know of an alternative to the Excel - Get Rows where the Flow will read individual rows in a spreadsheet and do further action on the data?
Shahab
I think "List Rows Present in a Table" action replaced the "Get Rows" functionality.
The "List Rows" option differs significantly from "Get Rows" it doesn't read individual rows in an Excel file and do an action based on the data.
