Import Power Automate Flow (Zip Solution) Automatically from one tenant to another tenant using CLI or PowerShell

We have to migrate power automate from one tenant to another tenant automatically. 

I am able to export the flow and replace the table ID site URL and all the modification in zip file.

And now we have to import and publish that flow automatically using script or CLI tool instead of doing this manually.
