Power Automate unable to access Forms in Private Channels

PowerAutomate is unable to access Forms in our Private Group (Information Technologies). In PowerAutomate the default “Environment” is ‘The Foursquare Church’ (a Public Group) but it cannot access the Private Group (Information Technologies) for workflows.


Even though I can create a Form in the Public Group (accessible to PA) once I move it to the Private Group (where it logically should be) I 1) lose ownership of the Form (I cannot move it back) and 2) PA no longer sees it as an available Environment to access Forms for workflow creation.


These Forms need to both be located in the Information Technologies (Private Group) and be accessible to PowerAutomate for workflows. Ultimately, these Forms will be ‘Published’ organization-wide.
