Hi @adrianb,
Microsoft Flow keeps adding new services, but currently I can't say if SharpSpring is under the roadmap.
You may submit this as an idea under Microsoft Flow idea forum, to suggest Flow add support for SharpSpring:

Although there is not a Flow connector, you can connect to SharpSpring by using the HTTP connector, doing a Post request, and using the methods specified in SharpSpring's API documentation (https://help.sharpspring.com/hc/en-us/articles/115001069228-Understanding-SharpSpring-Open-API-Overv...). You need to get an API account ID and secret key for SharpSpring first. It takes some effort to set up, but it works. After the HTTP request, you then use the Parse JSON action, then at that point, you can push your data into tables via SQL actions, Excel actions, etc.
