Create Flow Approvals - Answer all collected approvals

Hi everyone,

I have created a flow with approvals. The flow works, but I want to extend it and I don´t know how. Currently a formular (Forms) will be answered, according to the answer one or more approval requests will be sent to my mail. If multiple approval requests are sent, then the second comes only after answering the first, etc. I want all approval requests, regardless of whether a previous one has been answered, collected in flow "action items" can be viewed and answered.
I have already tested several Approval variants (Create an approval/ Start and wait for an approval/ Wait for an approval). Following screenshots of one of them:

HI @Anonymous ,

I got the same issue in the past. Just remove the approval process from the Loop. You can use the loop to collect all email addresses in a variable and use it after to trigger only one approval process with all emails. I think with this you'll get the desired result.

thanks for your quick reply. I understand what you mean, but I think it doesn´t work in this context:

A formular (Forms) will be filled out and sent. The formular has a fixed and a variable part. In this case, the variable part contains a maximum of 3 purchase requests, which must be approved. However, an approval should only be sent as often as the variable part was filled.

In addition, the form can be filled several times by different people. Each time a maximum of 3 approvals can be sent. The goal is, to have all current requests (approvals) listed in "Action Items".

I hope I could describe the situation sufficiently. Thanks in advance for feedback.

Perhaps you can add parallel branches and configure the Approval action on different branches so that they don't have a sequence when executed.
