Difficulties to get all flows from all environments on a tenant

Hi everyone!

I am working on a Flow that will list all Flows on all the environments we have on our tenant.

For that, I use the following actions with a global administrator account:

  • "List Environments as Admin" of the "PowerPlatform for Admins" connector
  • "List Flows as Admin" of the "Flow management" connector

With that configuration I am able to get pretty much the result I want except the two following points:

  • I do not get the Flows of two users
  • I do not get the Flows that are managed in a solution

Note: I have tried to share on of the Flows of the users I can not see with the global administrator account I use in the Flow through the PowerApps Admin Center, but even like this I was not able to see it in my Flow.

Do you have ideas to resolve this two pain points ?

Thank you in advance for your help!

Finally, after some more research, I have been able to find a way to get all the flows present on my tenant.

The solution was just right under my nose.

I started from the Flow template below which I modified a little bit to have what I wanted. And at the end I was able to even see the Flows of the people I was not able to see, and also the Flows configured in solutions.

Even if I was using the right action, I think the difference in the settings of the action make it work fine or not.

I hope it will help others.

List Flows as Admin is a bit of a misnomer.  It will still only list Flows that have been shared with you.  There is currently no action that will list Flows created by other users that have not been shared with you.

For information, I am able to see some Flows that are not shared with me and where I am not the owner.

But, I am agree with you, I think this action does not work perfectly well for now.

Do you have another solution to list all flows on all environments of a tenant ?

Not programmatically, no.  But you can see all the Flows in the Resources tab in each environment via the Power Platform Admin center.
