Error in workflow step

Hi,

 

We have a workflow on our Automate platform which generates a subsite on SharePoint, however the step where the flow should generate the HTTP site seems to fail as a result of a "Bad gateway" error. It had worked previously. Can you perhaps guide me in terms of what it might be that is causing this step to fail and resulting in a "bad gateway" error
