Help with Sharepoint List Flow

I am trying to create a flow for one of my sharepoint lists "quote progress tracker"

I have loaded it with quotes that I have done this past year and some have been awarded and some haven't. What I want to do is to crate a flow to move them into another list for all my awarded projects. I know there is a way to move a list item once a change has been made, but I don't know how to create it

is that possible if it is please help I have been at it for like 5 hours and cant figure it out.

thanks,

Hi @Mario-BC ,

To copy items from one list to another, you will need to create the item in the new list and then delete the existing item.  Below is an example of the flow structure.

You can add a trigger condition to check the status of the column is Approved before triggering the flow. e.g.

@equals(triggerBody()?['Status']?['value'],'Approved')

Hello @eric-cheng,

sorry for the super late reply. I completely forgot about this forum thing

couple questions -

-do I need to create the new flow first in a new list?

- or do I just modify the flow of the existing list?

thanks,
