Refresh in a flow

Hi all

As I've been working on an issue that I have posted here, I am wondering if anyone can help with this issue.

My Flow is set up as follows:

 In this instance, my flow takes a file from my email attachments, and places it into a Sharepoint library. 

Is there any way I can refresh formulas in my sheet IN BETWEEN the Delay and List rows present in a table clauses in this Flow?

@Anonymous I assume you are looking "Action to Refresh Excel Tables Connections"
