Request Version Change Description

Has anyone found a good way to get a user to submit a quick description of the changes they made to the version of the document?

I know you could rely on the Check In Comments, but is this the best way? Is there a way to do this seamlessly without using check in/check out?

One thought was surfacing an adapative card to the user in Teams but I worry this will just get missed.

any ideas?

Hi @Anonymous,

If you want to add comments of the file, check in check out is the best way to do it.

You could append the comments into the check in file body.Annotation 2019-09-27 132010.png
