Hi all, Currently we have this process. HR send email to ICT team with an attachment. ICT then upload this attachment to sharepoint document library and get the link to this file. then, paste the link to a specific "promoted link" item.
is this something that we can achieve with flow automate? please help the idea or flow capture. thanks all!

If you want to edit the link, sorry for I'm afraid that the function is not supported in Microsoft currently and you couldn't achieve the requirement.
We could only update the data in the column with new data.

on the last "create item" is that any way to edit "Promoted Links"library instead of List Library. ?
there is existing link on that item, and we want to replaced it with the new one coming from email attachement. thanks.
