Cloud flow is getting Outlook connector Error #2

Similar to the other reported issue with the same topic (Module 3, Video 6), I am having the same problem when I attempt to create a flow from Copilot.  As recommended in the prior solution, I have changed the environment to the one with just my name.  Unfortunately, I am still having the Connection issue with Office 365 Outlook.

It's also worth noting that the video  also shows a third connection to "Office 365 Users" that is missing from my solution.

Appreciate help since I am stuck in the water at this point in the training.

Hi @Shell_Agg ,

Unfortunately there's a mismatch between the video and the available licensing in the developer envrionment which causes this issue.

For a workaround, please check this topic: Solved: Re: Unable to add an Email to the workflow - Power Platform Community (microsoft.com)

Thank you for the confirmation. I was able to do the "Start from Blank" solution as a workaround and move forward.

One thing that's really frustrating is that this is not the first mismatch and I surely guarrantee that is not gonna be the last.

These videos have so many mistakes that it is demotivating continuing doing these.

Hi @joaodavid ,

The videos don't really contain mistakes, but due to security limitations in the developer environment you are not able to follow the steps as in the video which is understandably frustrating.

Please keep sharing your feedback so the program content can be continuously improved.
