Assigning Tasks Based On role and shift

I have some flows set up to create daily tasks with start and due dates but would like to “auto” assign those tasks based on the team members role and scheduled shift ie opening coordinator 

I’m thinking dynamic content from an uploaded schedule in excel format but please let me know if I’m wrong. Thank you’
