Email notification issue for approvals connector

Hi All,

 

We have an issue not receiving approval emails sometimes with the user but they are able to see the approvals through flow app. What could be the issue. Please let us know is there a way to check back whether an email is sent when we submit for approval in flow.

Have you tried checking your junk email? or maybe your email server logs to see if its blocking emails?

If your flow is running and is in waiting state that means that the email has gone from Microsoft side.
