Letting person pick 1st and 2nd approver

Hello, I'm trying to make a flow as follows 

1. Person selects the first approver 
2. First approver receives, if approves they pick second approver 
3. If second approver approves, sends an email to audit 

There are 10 people to choose from for each step which is why I think using individual conditions would be too much. 

I tried to do this by adding three new columns. "Send First Approval To", "Send Second Approval To", and "Submit to Audit". All with dropdown choices. Then I tried making a flow using parallel actions like so: 

But it kept sending duplicate emails since it was reading the "Send First Approval To" column twice. Is it possible to make a flow for this?

You can try it with a Manual Trigger with Email input, and a Switch for simpler approach like this:

When the Flow is run manually, they will be required to enter an e-mail address. Then this will be used for the Switch.
