Hi all,
I have a flow that is triggered by an MS form,
I am using the get response details step and on the form, I am using a choice option with Multiple answers allowed.
When I am receiving the email it's giving me a bunch of information when I only need to have short answers received by email.
Is there a way to achieve either
1. In Automate to shorted the response details?
2. In MS Forms enable a public-facing details options that will not be included in the response sent to the email
Hi @Avrenn
Can you share more details? Maybe a screenshot of the current flow and the response in the email and how it is supposed to look? You can perform string operations and trim relevant data based on the scenario that you are working on for the response to be sent in the email. If you can share more details, we might be able to better assist you with this.
Hope this Helps!
