Please give informative message for case routing capability when the assigned team/user doesn't have sufficient privilege


I worked on a case routing rule where I would like to route certain type of case to certain team. When I clicked save & route, it didn't give any information, the case form is just closed and the case is still under my case.

Later I found out that the team that the case routing rule has been configured with, doesn't have enough privilege to own a case (in my case this was a brand new team, without security role assigned).

It would be good if there is a message to notify that the team doesn't have enough privilege or something like that.
