prevent local and global variables same name

To my humblest opinion there are serious issues with the sloppy way you can use variables in powerapps. The comfort of not having to be strict about them (like not declaring them with type) is payed back hundred fold in time consuming issues later on.

One of these issues is that you can accidently name a local variable (updatecontext) the same as a global variable (set).

Please at least warn about this ambiguity.
