Facing error - Custom Action in Power Automate Desktop

I'm encountering a "failed to initialize module loader" error in Power Automate Desktop while trying to run my custom module. I've checked my code and dependencies, but I'm unable to pinpoint the issue. I'm only using standard libraries like Microsoft.PowerPlatform.PowerAutomate.Desktop.Actions.SDK and System.Diagnostics.

I recently encountered similar issues stemming from my module name conventions.

Please adhere to the naming conventions recommended by Microsoft as outlined below:

For custom modules to be readable through Power Automate for desktop, the AssemblyName must follow the below pattern:

?.Modules.?
Modules.?*

For example, Modules.ContosoActions.dll

Additionally, ensure the following points are addressed:

1. It is mandatory to have all .dll files that comprise a custom module (generated assembly and all its dependencies) signed with a trusted certificate.
2. When naming the .cab file, follow the file and folder naming convention for Windows operating systems. Avoid using blank spaces or special characters such as < > : " / \ | ? *

(Please note that in this article, they created the project namespace as ModulesLogEvent, which caused a similar reported issue. Then I changed it to Modules.LogEvent, and it resolved the issue)

I replaced my code with the red lines, and that fixed the problem. It's possible the issue came from the code.

Yeah there could be the only chance right now. Have you thoroughly tested your code prior to deployment?

@Deenujiyes, I've tested it using an application. The browser opens, and the status and PID return as expected.
