Hi,
Today i am experiencing very slow performance of pa flows, for example flows, that usually takes about 30s, now hour and half..
This screen is like 69s for 3 condition, where only one line string is compared to another.. usually takes literally 0s..
Anybody else experiencing something simillar ?
Western Europe
We're experiencing the same issue here! Flows taking 10 times their usual time to run, opening a flow to edit is extremely slow and some triggers are just not coming through at all (e.g. when a mail is delivered to a group mailbox, 1 of 6 mails was picked up this morning).
Same here, some actions are just taking way to long which causes some flows to just fail due to timeout.
Even have a broken Office 365 group mailbox trigger since this morning.
Can't get the trigger fixed, whatever we try to do... hope Microsoft will pick this up fast, because it's breaking for my customer.
Region EUW
I see no problems reported for the service in https://portal.office.com/adminportal/home?#/servicehealth.
I reported this as a problem there now.
There's a couple of mentions on Twitter for this issue, but nothing official from https://twitter.com/MSFT365Status
Yep.. also one mine twt post, i already tagged MSFT365Status, but with no reaction.
Yes, the same here. Since last Thursday and I feel like it's getting worse
I'm also experiencing the same. It takes several minutes to load a flow to edit, or to save it.
I've noticed the same in my client environments..
We experience the same. A flow that usually processes 200-300 rows within 5 minutes is now running for more than an hour for 9 rows in excel.
Same
I am experiencing the same since last Tuesday and seems to be getting slighlty worse every day.
Happens randomly on all types of flows. I d say one flow run out of 20 is a lot slower than usual :
Everything works fine in PowerApps. SharePoint 'Patch's and Instant Flows occurs/launch almost instantly.
The problem is only in PowerAutomate flows.
Just got this reply from MS Support
I reviewed the information you provided on the case and I would like to inform you we are currently facing an issue that is affecting the execution time of the flows. The Product team is engaged with priority and communications were released on Message Center under the ID FL777334.
Here is a summary of the communication for you:
Title: Some users may encounter general slowness running flows in Microsoft Power Automate.
User impact: Users may encounter general slowness running flows in Microsoft Power Automate.
Current status: We've identified that a section of infrastructure, responsible for processing and running flows in Microsoft Power Automate, is performing below acceptable performance thresholds and resulting in impact. We're reviewing available potential mitigation options to provide immediate relief while we review telemetry to understand the source of the performance issue.
Scope of impact: Your organization is affected by this event, and some users attempting to run flows in Microsoft Power Automate may be impacted.
Start time: Monday, April 15, 2024, at 12:00 AM UTC
Next update by: Monday, April 15, 2024, at 3:30 PM UTC
As soon as we have an update regarding the mitigation we will let you know.
Since there is no required action from your side at this point, and knowing that the Product team is engaged at most priority we will continue to update you with investigation details under severity Urgent (B) in EMEA time zone.
Also having Flow running very Slow, to loop through 2 documents its taking 2 minutes, glad they have responded.
What a terrible day today... All kinds of flows failing because of time out, many colleagues fed up and I can't even disagree with them.
Thanks for sharing, guess we wait another 30 mins!
I just created a new flow, and that one fired instantly. Powerautomate seems more responsive as well. I guess they're really fixing it.
When you check the API calls in power automate admin center do you guys see any calls? Mine is on 0, some flows are running though with a delayed trigger between run start time and dataverse trigger of about 2 hours.
Thanks for MS case details! Any new details ?
The performance of flows is restored for me now.
