Power Automate flows slow performance

Hi,

Today i am experiencing very slow performance of pa flows, for example flows, that usually takes about 30s, now hour and half..

Mata42_0-1713180512756.png

This screen is like 69s for 3 condition, where only one line string is compared to another.. usually takes literally 0s..

Anybody else experiencing something simillar ?

Glad you mentioned this, @Mata42 , I am experiencing the same here! A lot of operations are dragging on forever. Even just opening a flow run is taking forever (API calls to https://emea.api.flow.microsoft.com are super slow). Sometimes things are back to normal, but mostly it has been sluggish.

We're experiencing the same issue here! Flows taking 10 times their usual time to run, opening a flow to edit is extremely slow and some triggers are just not coming through at all (e.g. when a mail is delivered to a group mailbox, 1 of 6 mails was picked up this morning).

Same here, some actions are just taking way to long which causes some flows to just fail due to timeout.

Even have a broken Office 365 group mailbox trigger since this morning.

Can't get the trigger fixed, whatever we try to do... hope Microsoft will pick this up fast, because it's breaking for my customer.

I see no problems reported for the service in https://portal.office.com/adminportal/home?#/servicehealth.

I reported this as a problem there now.

Yes, the same here. Since last Thursday and I feel like it's getting worse

I'm also experiencing the same. It takes several minutes to load a flow to edit, or to save it.

I've noticed the same in my client environments..

We experience the same. A flow that usually processes 200-300 rows within 5 minutes is now running for more than an hour for 9 rows in excel.

I am experiencing the same since last Tuesday and seems to be getting slighlty worse every day.

Happens randomly on all types of flows. I d say one flow run out of 20 is a lot slower than usual :

  • SharePoint triggered flows taking up to 15 min to launch
  • a single SharePoint 'Get item by ID' action taking up to 2 min
  • timeout to respond to PowerApps application
  • initialize string variable with "empty value" taking up to 20s

Everything works fine in PowerApps. SharePoint 'Patch's and Instant Flows occurs/launch almost instantly.

The problem is only in PowerAutomate flows.

What a terrible day today... All kinds of flows failing because of time out, many colleagues fed up and I can't even disagree with them.

Thanks for sharing, guess we wait another 30 mins!

I just created a new flow, and that one fired instantly. Powerautomate seems more responsive as well. I guess they're really fixing it.

When you check the API calls in power automate admin center do you guys see any calls? Mine is on 0, some flows are running though with a delayed trigger between run start time and dataverse trigger of about 2 hours.

Thanks for MS case details! Any new details ?
