Add a row in Excel's table every time a new appointment is created

I am trying to create a flow that allows me to fill up my Excel table with all the information necessary automatically every time a new appointment is created so I don't loose time taking the information from one side to the other.

 

So my flow will be something like this:

I was able to connect the booking page to the one I intended to. However, when it comes to the "Add a row into a table" I don't know what to put in the advanced options:

because when I click on it the options are not the same as it is written in there. Do you understand what I mean? I want to connect the values from bookings to the ones in the excel table so it recognizes where to put the info. However, the strings are not the same, as you can see here:

Does anyone know if I am doing something wrong?

Hello @mip09 ,

the flow is giving you all the outputs it can get from the Bookings, each of them represented by the dynamic content you can click on and add into a field. All you have to do is select the right dynamic content from the popup for each of the Excel columns. E.g. if the Excel column is called 'City' put the 'City' dynamic content in the field.

Hello, thank you for your answer. That was exactly what I intended to say. The bookings pop ups options that appear do not correspond to the content that is in the excel field. For example, I have one excel column called "Drivers license nº" but none of the pop ups that appear have that option. What should I do? Because I know if I choose another option it won't give me the exact information that I need

Hello @mip09 ,

I'd check the the output of the bookings trigger to identify which is which by the filled value. You should see the name of the columns there and if it doesn't correspond to the dynamic content display names you can extract it directly with an expression using that name.

Hey,

 

I tried to extract the information directly with an expression using the specific name however the same error message keep appearing: "This action won't work because it would move cells in a table in your spreadsheet."

 

Do you know why is that?

Hello @mip09 ,

that means there're some additional rows under the table in your Excel sheet, by adding a new row in the table it'd have to move the data below the table, something it doesn't want to do.
