Append to String not working within loop

Hi,

I am working on a flow to find available meeting times based on different users in a sharepoint list, then send an email with options to the users with each of their available times.

Right now, the loop is pulling together all available times for ALL users, instead of a list of times for each group.  

Ex. Group A: 8am, 9am, 10am

Group B: 10am, 11am, 1pm

Currently append to string is pulling: 8am, 9am, 10am, 10am, 11am, 1pm instead of a string for each group.

Hi @Afurness23,

I would try and use an additional filter in your filter array action to only retrieve the times for group A. You can do the same for with a separate Filter Array action for Group B.

Thanks for the suggestion!  Can you help me understand how this would work?  I thought the 'apply to each' should have already grouped the instances together, but since that doesn't appear to be working, I'm not sure how I can add a filter for each group value (up to 50 groups) and then reference it later.

Just to want to double check something. BPO & BPM are the fields which are used for Group A & Group B?

If not, can you show where you are retrieving these group values from (which potentially can be 50 groups)?

I would suggest to use an array to loop through the groups and find meeting times per group.

@Expiscornovus  Thanks so much for the recommendation--adding a loop split it up to look at the availability for each user instead of each group---I've tried modifying it a bunch of different ways and am still ending up with the strings connecting. You are correct BPO=Person 1 and BPM=Person 2, so for each row in my SharePoint list, I want to find those two users, what their calendar availability is, and then send options for meeting invites where they are both available.  Right now the first group is working correctly, but the array/string variable for group 2 will include the times that the Group 1 members were available, even if the Group 2 members are not available during those times.  Any other suggestions you have would be great, thank you!!
