I have created a web instant cloud flow to get all office 365 outlook events (individual-Recurrence), into excel online (SharePoint):

Any help to do weekly automatically run.

It sounds like you want to populate an excel file with outlook events?

when I run manually the flow it copies outlook events in the selected date range then insert them as rows in the excel online (it gets the working hours of the team) as timesheet , in this new flow  I need to make the flow run automatically weekly instead of I do the run from all team members devices I want the flow run when they receive mail with subject (ex: add your timesheet)

Instead of using a manual trigger, you can remove it, and use a recurrence trigger. This will trigger the flow periodically with intervals of your choosing

Thanks a lot, I changed the start trigger to recurrence trigger and frequency set in week it works fine but the problem now regarding the date range set, I should change it manually every week before the flow is run, any solution how to set the data range in the current week for example.

You can add stuff like utcNow() to get the current date/time, then use addDays with a negative number to make the range you are looking for dynamic

Its nice to get the hang of this in general, so its a good idea to experiment a bit yourself.

To make it quick I have a test flow where I play around with this in compose actions. Maybe you can use this as a start: 

formatDateTime(addDays(utcNow(),5),'yyyy-MM-dd')

Thanks for your support but could you elaborate more how to set compose action is it after calender step as here, but what about start and end time what should it be

No, you need to use the expression that you now have in your compose for the start time and end time. The expression makes the start time and end time dynamic, based on the current date/time.

The suggestion to put it in compose was so you can test more efficiently

I set the expression in both start and end date but it seems it refers to the same so id didn't give me any output

Yep, you would need to create a window using different expressions

You can use a different number in the addDays part of the expression. The one I gave doesn't suit your exact needs, you will have to change it a bit
