Buidling a Case Management Site for a small law firm

I'm at a loss I need to build a flow that once an offer is accepted (lawyer takes on a case) that a SharePoint site is created.

The process: 

The potential client calls and an intake is taken over the phone

That intake is looked over by the attorney, the attorney then through verbal que or email confirms that a form for more information which is a form on MS forms can be be sent to the potential client. 

The potential client then fills out this form (I already have a flow that emails and alerts the staff when a submission has been made and stores submission responses on a Microsoft list on the SharePoint site)

From that list it creates a SharePoint site associated to the hub site with a particular template I created and the data populates immediately onto the site. 

I guess what I need to know is there absolutely anyway that I can accomplish this task and is there anyone who can show me the way?

The Microsoft list holds all the submission responses from the MS form the client fills out. I was wondering if there is way to create a management flow that triggers the creation of a site when the lawyer accepts the case but depending on the type of case I want it to use a specific template. Auto will have a template, slip and fall will have its own template etc...

Are you looking to create a new site? Sorry not very clear to me this? I was thinking you have multiple lists in SharePoint. Each list is depends on the type. So when the form response comes back then check the type and update the relevant list with forms response. Is that you after?

I have a hubsite which is my main case management site called Soud Law. I have an intake-forms site with multiples lists that coordinate to each category of case i.e auto-liabilty-form-responses are power automated to store in the auto-liability-list.

On Soud law: 

I want to create a management list with the following column: 

Offer accepted: Yes or No Choice (Yes Activates the case and no keeps the case in the list until the offer is accepted) 

I want the management list to and the lists from the intake-forms site to connect. So when an item is created in the auto-liability list and that item is approved I want to change the state of that item in the auto-liabilty list to transfer over to active cases.

The active cases list has the following columns 

Case Title , Case Email, Case Site, Case Activated, Case Template, Created By, Modified By

Yes it does make sense. Thanks.  Is Soud Law have any connectors or is this another SharePoint site? How you planning to integrate?

Soud law is the hubsite and the intake-forms-site is a child of soud law. Will this cause any issues should this process happen primarily in the Soud Law site?

Is this a third party site? Is built with SharePoint? Has to got any integration endpoints?

This is all SharePoint no third party and no integrated endpoints at the moment. I have been doing my research and I believe that what I am being asked to achieve is out of scope for my current level of skills and familiarity with MS products. My boss wants to use SharePoint alone but implement all those features.

If its all SharePoint and Microsoft forms its all possible to integrate. First have a look Microsoft Forms integration with Power Automate. There are lots of article out there. If you need further help in this please let me know.
